(Christmas) made of wax

(Christmas) made of wax.

A tray (metal or plastic) or similar Cover with some water and then place cookie cutters (preferably made of metal) on top. The forms should be half full of water if possible. Wax is dripped into it with a burning candle. This is done in such a way that drops fall next to drops. You have to drip at least three layers, otherwise it is too thin and breaks fast. After dripping three layers, the wax is allowed to cool. This is relatively fast. To release the star, e.g. pull the shape apart on the right and left sides and then gently push it out. Now the star is placed with the beautiful side down and he gets a little ribbon to hang.
This is about 10 cm long and is placed as a loop. A last layer without form is dripped now, so that the ribbon is firm. These pendants look pretty on the Christmas tree or tied to a gift. You can also make the stars and hearts without ribbon and just lay on the fir branches (for example, for table decorations) - see photo.
