Christmas presents for all with big family

We have a large family, four siblings with partner and children. Everyone meets at Christmas for a big meal with their mothers. So far, only the children under 18 were presented. But somehow it is a pity, so gaaaanz without presents. So we introduced:

Everyone has to write a wish, size 10-15 Euro, on a piece of paper and deliver it to their mothers by mid-November. Everyone then pulls a wish from the big lottery drum and then has to get this a gift. So ends the little things and "nice-attention" reciprocity and everyone still has something.

Another possibility is: Everyone has to get a personalized gift that has EXACTLY € 9.99 (receipt!) Tasted. I know from a friend, that always ensures a lot of fun at Christmas.
