  • 30 g almonds (planed)

preparation

  1. Crumble the speculoos very finely.
  2. Beat the soft butter with sugar and salt until creamy.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder, mix seven and portions with the pastry crumbs alternately under the butter-sugar mixture and mix to a crumbly dough.
  4. Put two thirds of it into the springform pan lined with baking paper and press it from the bottom with an edge about 4 cm high.
