Cinnamon sells lumbering under mats and flowerpots
I'm sitting comfortably in the garden this afternoon and reading - suddenly it smells like Christmas. Curious, I look in the neighboring garden, as my garden neighbor just sprinkles cinnamon from the spreader under a rubber mat. I ask interested why she spice under the mat and she says enthusiastically: "The cinnamon sells the stupid woodlice."
Constantly looking for new tips for TheFruitAndFlowerBasket, I doubtfully ask if this actually works.
She picks up a flowerpot and it's teeming with woodlice. Clear, dark and moist, they like that. She spreads cinnamon on the crowd, and the critters hurry away! Who would have thought cinnamon against woodlice.
