Christmas cinnamon waffles with marzipan
ingredients
- 85 g of butter
- 85 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g marzipan raw material
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 35 g chocolate bitter, finely grated
- 200 g of flour
preparation
- Mix the soft butter with sugar and egg yolk until frothy, incorporate marzipan and chocolate, add the flour with the gingerbread spice and cinnamon and amaretto and mix.
- Then by hand, knead the whole mass, place in clear film and put 1 hour cold.
- Lubricate the waffle maker and heat.
