Christmas cinnamon waffles with marzipan

ingredients

  • 85 g of butter
  • 85 g of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 g marzipan raw material
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 35 g chocolate bitter, finely grated
  • 200 g of flour

preparation

  1. Mix the soft butter with sugar and egg yolk until frothy, incorporate marzipan and chocolate, add the flour with the gingerbread spice and cinnamon and amaretto and mix.
  2. Then by hand, knead the whole mass, place in clear film and put 1 hour cold.
  3. Lubricate the waffle maker and heat.
  4. From the dough form walnussgroße balls and put on the waffle motifs. Close and bake to the desired degree of browning.
  5. Cut and allow to cool well.
