Clafoutis - fast and easy

60 g of butter (melt in the oven in a refractory mold at 180 ° C)
150 g of flour
125 g of sugar
3 eggs
3 dl milk (about a big coffee mug)
500 g of cherries (a large glass of white morels)

Mix the flour, sugar, eggs and milk into a dough. After melting the butter, remove the dish from the oven and pour in the dough first. Then add the shadow morels. Bake all together for 40 minutes at 180 ° C, done.

The dough comes up during baking, falls back when cooled. So do not panic when baking.
