Clean and send chanterelles - fast as lightning
Everyone knows how difficult it is to clean chanterelles. It is tedious and somehow sand always stays behind. Crunch!
I know a surefire way that only takes a few seconds:
Put about 6 tablespoons of flour (or more) in a closable pot and stir in the flour with water.
There must be so much water that the chanterelles are just covered by it.
Then close the pot with the water, flour and mushrooms and shake vigorously several times.
Then you pick the chanterelles out of the flour water, brew them briefly again: they are clean and can be added to the pan without further treatment. Good Appetite.
