To clean burnt pots and pans, just use the lid of a water bottle, Coca Cola (no, no bottle cap from the beer bottle!) To scour. Maybe cut off marginal snippets.

Upsi: I always take hammer and chisel, work great and everything goes off. krillemaus: On this treatment, the ceramic coating of my pans on the mind, and I treat my stainless steel pots with plastic scratches that can be better grip than a bottle cap. If you are stubborn, I prefer to use the traditional method: soak the burned-on ingredients, remove the soluble ingredients with a wooden scraper, then heat with baking soda and water and let stand again until the pan / pot has cooled. Usually, the burned then goes off alone from the pot or pan bottom.
