Clean cooking plates II

Oven cleaner, e.g. Hausmarke von Schlecker (works well) sprayed on the stainless steel and let it act, helps even with the most stubborn burnt food leftovers (do not wipe away too soon or treat twice).

My stainless steel hobs look like new, everything is gone! Also helps with other smooth surfaces, but better test for compatibility when painted / coated. Of my standard worktop e.g. it does not matter.

There are special cleaners for the black hotplates, so far I have not found anything better, but a tube like that lasts a long time.
