Clean frying fat for reuse

If you have boiled vegetables, such as mushrooms in beer batter, in floating oil, you can not use it normally. Many small pieces of vegetables and dough pieces float around in it. If heated again, the residues would also burn black. So it's not just a flop in terms of taste, it's also harmful to your health.

You can still save the oil for a second pass. Just pick up the potato peels from the last boiled potatoes. Wash very well and mix with the oil. Stir well and let stand for half an hour. Then pour the oil through a fine sieve. Discard the potato peels. The oil is now cleaned and can be used again.
