Clean glass ceramic field - actually quite simple
Everything overflowed while cooking? The pasta water, potato water, sauce, fat, etc. And everything really nice black and firmly baked?
- If the stovetop is still warm, not hot, dampen well with a well wet sponge / rag and wipe off roughly.
- Repeat the whole thing and let some moisture on the stove for a few minutes.
- Very stubborn crusts are so softened and even go mostly without glass ceramic field scraper.
- If you want to have it perfectly shiny then, you can use liquid scouring agent, such as Viss or the cheap from the Aldi / Plus to work.
The expensive glass ceramic care product is totally superfluous.
