Clean heavily soiled ceramic pan

Hopelessly dirty ceramic pan revived: dared me today again to my now one year old, extremely dirty and ceramic coated pan dared.

To the prehistory:

Should actually be one that lasts a bit longer then. Dozens of Amazon reviews and reviews compared and then decided me in the 60 Euro price segment.

After a few months, however, in the middle, - 1/3 of the area - which just stuck and burned again. Misoperation or material weakness? No idea. I resigned to it because it was not much more expensive.

To this day the area has been getting bigger, darker, rougher, scratched, sticky and unsightly.

Meanwhile, already tried soaking with scouring sponge and steel wool, which of course did not make it better. So thought that the dirt was already in the coating or this no longer be intact.

Last idea that came to me as a man, was the polishing machine including sanding polish from the garage. Fortunately I found something else on the way.

Simple and cheap metal polish (Eilfix2000) for glass ceramic, stainless steel, copper, etc in kitchen and gastronomy. Looked at label and found no danger signs or similar hints.

So just use the packaging information (with a damp sponge) in the pan and easily polish all the dirt (which did not even go out with soaking and steel wool) along with any obvious scratches and discoloration from the pan.

Then again rinsed several times with hot water and rinse and noticed directly that the water bubbles off again.
Okay, that's also a time when I polish the sink with it, but after all the washes still everything as intended.

Made on the hob and the caramel test. Make sugar liquid and stiffen again and he went one piece without breaking easily from the pan.

I'm so excited that I just do not keep it for me :) Although still can not tell long-term experience, but so far very satisfied.
