Clean stained paper with white bread
Anyone who has ever written an application, greeting card or similar knows the problem. Basically at the last moment, just before you want to put the letter in the envelope, you discover a dark fingerprint or a small chocolate stain on the paper.
Repeating the whole can often be saved by trying to remove the stain with a squeezed piece of white bread instead. Old bookbinding trick!
Tip: do not eat the piece of bread afterwards!
