Clean the bicycle pinion
pinion Calling the individual gears on the rear wheel of the bike. To clean them, you can collect old cotton T-shirts and use them for the next (autumn!) Plaster:
The T-shirt is cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Then I insert a strip between two pinions from above and move it under train so long back and forth until dirt and old grease remain visible on the cloth. Subsequently, the gap is also cleaned from below, so that you "caught" all angles with the cleaning action! Then the gap between the next two sprockets is tuned ... and so on, until all gear gaps look like new.
Then lubricate the chain, and the switching is finally easy again and seduces to take longer trips again! Good luck cleaning and having fun riding a bike! By the way: the recycling fans among you will get their money's worth with this action.
