Coconut buttermilk pie

A delicious coconut-buttermilk cake from the tin, which is prepared quickly.

ingredients

  • ?350 g of flour
  • 280 g of sugar
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 pck of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon / sugar
  • 2 cups of coconut flakes
  • 1 - 2 cups of cream
  • You can choose to make small pieces of apple or almonds

preparation

  1. Mix the flour well with sugar, salt, eggs, buttermilk and a 1/2 sachet of baking powder.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle with the cinnamon / sugar mixture and then with coconut flakes. If you want, you can now distribute some small pieces of apple or just the almonds on it. Bake in the oven and 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  3. After baking pour the cake immediately everywhere with the cream and let it cool down.
