Shortbread biscuits with coconut flakes
ingredients
- 750 g of flour
- 500 g butter
- 350 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 baking powder
- 2 lemon flavor
- 250 g coconut flakes (at the end)
preparation
Mix everything with each other and chill overnight. Bake at 200 degrees.
PS: If the dough has become too soft, just knead some flour together.
