  • fresh parsley
  • Flour
  • 1 packet of herbal cream cheese (brunch etc.)

  1. First I drizzle the fish with a little lemon juice, sprinkle it with fish spice and turn it into flour.
  2. In the pan, heat the oil thoroughly, fry the fish from both sides.
  3. Remove the finished fish from the pan, let it salt and let it rest; later cut into larger cubes.
  4. The cleaned and diced vegetables, a finely sliced ​​or pressed clove of garlic, the herbs and the bulgur in the hot remaining fat and fry briefly with constant stirring.
