ingredients for 4 persons
(can be varied as you wish - the information is only a rough guide)
- 500g cod fillet
- 300 g bulgur (durum wheat semolina) or couscous
- 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 small onions
- 2 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- Herbal salt, fish spice, pepper,
- fresh herbs of your choice or
- a packet of frozen vegetables Herbs and
- fresh parsley
- Flour
- 1 packet of herbal cream cheese (brunch etc.)
preparation
- First I drizzle the fish with a little lemon juice, sprinkle it with fish spice and turn it into flour.
- In the pan, heat the oil thoroughly, fry the fish from both sides.
- Remove the finished fish from the pan, let it salt and let it rest; later cut into larger cubes.
- The cleaned and diced vegetables, a finely sliced or pressed clove of garlic, the herbs and the bulgur in the hot remaining fat and fry briefly with constant stirring.
- Possibly. Do not remove the gravy from the fish, it dissolves later by the added water and gives additional flavor.
- Then deglaze with water and cook at low speed. Always check to see if there is any need to add some water.
- Season with spices.
- Mix the packet of cream cheese with a little milk, add to the pan with the ingredients and mix.
- Finally, carefully fold the fish and garnish with parsley.
