Coffee - healthy enjoyment or harmful?

During coffee, the ghosts are often divorced - while some need the coffee to really get going in the morning, for many others it is the cause of headaches, stomach pains, or heart palpitations.

The name coffee comes from its place of origin, the former Kingdom of Kaffa. the present-day Kaffa region in Ethiopia. It is well known that our coffee is prepared from the roasted, ground coffee beans, the seeds of the fruits of the coffee plant, which are brewed with hot water.

In addition to caffeine, the stimulating, caffeine-containing hot drink also contains the vitamin niacin (also called nicotinic acid), which is often referred to as vitamin B3. Nicotinic acid has an antioxidant effect and is important for the regeneration of muscles, skin and nerves.

According to an international study on the relationships between diet, cancer and chronic diseases, which evaluated the death data of more than 500,000 people from ten European countries, it has been found that people who consume a lot of coffee live on average longer than humans, who drink little or no coffee. One reason for this may be the cell protecting and anti-inflammatory ingredients of the coffee. By no means does drinking coffee increase the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Even the risk of developing type 2 diabetes should be reduced by drinking coffee.

It is important, however, a moderate coffee consumption, which should be limited to a maximum of three to four cups per day, only in this way can the coffee enjoyment life extend.

Of course, it goes without saying that a healthy diet with lots of fruit, vegetables and whole grains and a small amount of meat as well as adequate exercise must be taken into account!

So then I wish all a healthy, life-prolonging coffee enjoyment!
