Coffee peeling
I like to use this coffee peeling and it is very easy to make:
You need this
- coffee powder
- shower gel
- water
- bowl
That's how it's done
- Boil the coffee powder after the coffee from the paper filter into a bowl and collect several more days.
- From time to time it must be stirred so that no mold forms.
- Once you have reached the desired amount for a body scrub you can start.
- The powder is mixed with a few drops of shower gel and water until a creamy mass is formed.
- Use them in the shower, preferably before bathing, because the powder is a bit oily. The addition of shower gel reduces this effect.
This exfoliation makes the skin super soft and does not require microplastic!
