Cold time is chicken soup time. Sure, there are many chicken soup recipes, but NO here from Abraxas3344.

Here, health and taste are in the foreground. So, and here we go:

  1. Get a SUPPENHUHN (frozen or not, may be an open question here, but please NO roast chicken, no chicken breast, no chicken thighs, no poultry).
  2. Clean the chicken, so remove feather residue, cut off the gorse (it messes up the taste), wash and boil in a large pot with plenty of water and (at first) only salt.
  3. It takes 2 or 3 hours (the pressure cooker goes faster). After an hour comes with me a large onion, cut into rings or pieces, pure.
  4. If you like you can roast it beforehand (then with shell), but you do not have to. I do the same with a clove of garlic.
  5. Then it is seasoned with pepper, some grained broth (also without glutamate) and marjoram. Now boil the chicken.
  6. If the flipper man is soft (fork test or you see the meat voluntarily falling off the carcass), take the chicken out of the broth and let it cool.
  7. In the meantime, clean fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, leek) and cut into small cubes. Covered (otherwise the vitamins will flute).
  8. The meat from the bones popeln (yeah, a little painstaking, but worth the effort in any case).
  9. Half (depending on the amount) back into the broth, freeze the rest for a tasty chicken salad.
  10. 150 g of rice in the pot, boil for five minutes. Then add the diced vegetables to the soup and cook for a maximum of ten minutes, just so that the vegetables are firm.
  11. Meanwhile, wash a bunch of parsley and mince it. Add the chopped parsley in portions to the soup plates, then the prepared soup. Please do not put in the pot, it only loses its valuable ingredients and its taste at the temperature.
  12. According to my recipe, your soup will not only cope with every cold, but will also have plenty of vitamins and lots of flavor.
