ingredients
- a medium-sized head of white cabbage or red cabbage (aka red cabbage)
- two peppers
- a cup of sugar
- a cup (olive) oil
- a cup of vinegar
- a tablespoon of mustard
- a tablespoon of salt
- two onions
preparation
- Crush the cabbage
- Finely chop the peppers
- Put the cup of sugar, the cup (olive) oil, the cup of vinegar, the mustard and the salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring constantly
- Then pour the hot sauce over the cabbage
- Thoroughly mix the cabbage with the peppers and the hot sauce
- Run through the whole thing for one to two days and massage through every few hours
