This delicious colorful pork knuckle pan is prepared rather quickly. You need the following ingredients, which you can vary as you like.

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

  • 500 g fresh Swabian Knöpfle (ready to cook)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 peppers (preferably pointed peppers)
  • 400-500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 500 g pork chops
  • Butter lard or vegetable oil for searing
  • 200 g sour cream (or sour cream)
  • Pepper, salt, chilli pepper spice
  • fresh parsley

preparation

  1. First, heat some lard or oil on a large, high pan. In it, the small cut spring onions and the cleaned mushrooms and peppers cut into small pieces are seared and then set aside on a plate.
  2. Now on the hot pan in a little clarified butter with pepper, salt and chili peppers vigorously spiced Schweinegeschnetzelte sauteed about 15 minutes.
