This delicious colorful pork knuckle pan is prepared rather quickly. You need the following ingredients, which you can vary as you like.
Ingredients (for 3 servings)
- 500 g fresh Swabian Knöpfle (ready to cook)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 peppers (preferably pointed peppers)
- 400-500 g fresh mushrooms
- 500 g pork chops
- Butter lard or vegetable oil for searing
- 200 g sour cream (or sour cream)
- Pepper, salt, chilli pepper spice
- fresh parsley
preparation
- First, heat some lard or oil on a large, high pan. In it, the small cut spring onions and the cleaned mushrooms and peppers cut into small pieces are seared and then set aside on a plate.
- Now on the hot pan in a little clarified butter with pepper, salt and chili peppers vigorously spiced Schweinegeschnetzelte sauteed about 15 minutes.
- Then the Knöpfle are added and fried for another 3 to 4 minutes with constant stirring.
