Colorful vegetable plate with salmon and cheese rolls

Today I have a delicious vegetable plate for you, which gets a special kick through the baked salmon and cheese rolls. Try it out!
Ingredients (for one person)
- 1 carrot
- 150g celeriac
- 7 large olives filled with jalapenos
- 100g shitake mushrooms
- 1 slice of ginger, about 2x2cm, 1/2 cm thick
- 3 thin slices of smoked salmon
- 3 thin slices of Tilsiter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, rosenscharf and sweet, caraway and allspice
preparation
- Slice the thoroughly cleaned carrot and the shitake mushrooms, dice the peeled celery. Chop ginger.
- Roll in a cheese slice and wrap a slice of smoked salmon over it.
- Fry the vegetables with mushrooms, ginger and spices for 5 to 10 minutes on a low heat in oil, stir well.
- In parallel, bake the salmon wrapped cheese slices in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Finally, place the rolls on the fried vegetables.
