Constipation - what really helps: Flaxseed

After I quit smoking, my digestion is completely out of control.

Have left a lot of money in the pharmacy for artichoke capsules and various drops, home remedies such as glass of water or plums have not helped.

Only since I discovered LEINSAMEN, it's great again.


The trick:

Do not consume flaxseed, and DO NOT soak!

In the morning and in the evening, eat 1 teaspoon whole flaxseed with some yoghurt or buttermilk (do not chew) and then drink 1-2 large glasses of water.

Now patience for 1-2 days and then ... then you will continue to eat flaxseed daily like I do :-)

The reason:

The linseed form small threads in the intestine, expand and tear so stuck leftover with. The body can not crack the flax seed, so they come out as a whole.

If you like, you can also crush the flax seeds, but then they do not have the same effect. They contain an incredible amount of omega-3 fatty acids, but only as long as they are fresh! Keep rotted flaxseed in the fridge, otherwise they will soon become rancid.
