Continue to use empty yoghurt pots
Today I would like to give you a tip, for which I have empty yogurt cups, e.g. the white goblet of greek yogurt, continue to use (except for crafting).
At lunch, sometimes only small amounts remain (eg 2-3 pieces of potato or 2 tablespoons vegetables, a remainder herbal quark or some chopped parsley, etc.) I keep these in the cups covered with cling film in the refrigerator and can then process them further before I throw the leftovers in the garbage bin. Then I think about how I can possibly use the leftovers.
Sure, you'll do the same with other vessels as well, I do too, but I was talking about very small quantities. Already at supper I think of something.
