Cook asparagus

Cooking asparagus works like this: Usually asparagus is boiled in plenty of salt water. In the process, aromatic substances, vitamins and minerals are thrown away with the cooking water.

It is better to boil it with a little water, a little sugar, salt and butter so that all the liquid has evaporated at the end.

It is best, however, to boil the asparagus shells and the hard sections extra in water (water cold and then warm) for some time, sieve the asparagus stock, freeze it in a glass with screw cap and the next time the extract instead of water for asparagus cooking to use.
