Cook asparagus in aluminum foil
I used to cook the asparagus in water in the past, but it's just that you shed lots of flavor and vitamins with the cooking water (or maybe make a soup out of it).
The asparagus tastes really good
Peel the asparagus, then place approx. 250 g portions on sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil (doubly taken so that nothing breaks) and cover with butter flakes and sprinkle with a little salt and sugar to fold these packages tightly.
Then place for 45 minutes in the 200 degrees hot oven on the middle plate.
