Cook broccoli in the microwave in a vitamin-friendly way
I really enjoy cooking vegetables in the microwave: It works fast, the vegetables remain crisp and it is vitamin-friendly.
For this I give the broccoli florets after the normal pretreatment like washing and cutting, in a bowl. Then I mix cream and sour cream, half a cup each, with salt, pepper and Knobi and mix everything with the vegetables.
Now comes the vegetables with the sour cream in a large Toppits microwave bag. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave and you're done with a delicious vegetable. So I do it with zucchini and potato.
