Cook eggs in the oven
Eggs are wonderfully cooked in the oven, completely without water.
Lately they had turned off the water in the house for repairs, and since I needed hard boiled eggs and could not wait that long, I cooked them in the oven, it works great and they taste even tastier.
I put it on a gridiron, but it works fine if you put it in muffin molds. The eggs are then baked at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. In any case, good to know that it works in the oven too.
