Cook pasta - save time and energy
Noodles are usually thrown into boiling water and prepared according to package instructions for 8 to 10 minutes.
This is part of the time when Italian mama made the pasta fresh. Today, however, you will find a variety of dry pasta packaged in the supermarket shelf.
I put on water, put in the pasta, add some salt. When the water boils, I wait about 2 minutes and turn off the stove. The residual heat cooks the noodles within 3 minutes (depending on the desired bite resistance).
Saves energy and saves time.
