Cookies from the waffle iron

Totally fast to prepare and delicious are these biscuits from the waffle iron:
ingredients
- 400 g of flour
- 3.5 tbsp of sugar = 40 g
- 3.5 tablespoons butter = 40 g
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 egg
- some milk, about 100 ml, the dough should be too dry then add some milk
preparation
- Make a sticky dough out of all the ingredients. I made it with my food processor, mixer goes too.
- Then make walnut-sized balls, put them on the waffle iron, just until they have taken a bit of color. Please do not leave too long in the iron, because the biscuits are done quickly. The longer they are in the iron, the harder they become.
- Finally dust with powdered sugar.
Good succeed! Try them, they are made very fast and they taste delicious.
