cooking cheese
I have tried and changed some recipes in the last few years.
ingredients
- 100 ml of milk
- 30 g butter
- 200 g Harzer (4 pieces)
- 500 g quark
- 1 teaspoon soda
Spices of your choice
- Caraway seed
- Black pepper from the mill
- Lemon peel or lemon pepper
- Turmeric or 1 HV wild herbs
preparation
Warm the milk and butter in a large saucepan, melt the diced Harzer in it, stir in the quark and soda on a small heat, stir until the cheese is a little glassy, season with spices, lukewarmly fill with screwed glasses.
Fresh or dry bread dipped in the sauce, tastes delicious.
Cooled, the cheese is firm and is a fine spread.
