Cool face and beauty care in summer
In the summer I always have a spray bottle with thermal water in the fridge and a small one in my handbag. If I have an office job, then also in the fridge in the office.
Spray along the hairline, or the whole face, neck or shoulders and you feel better immediately. Since the spray atomizes the thermal water very finely, no make-up will run away.
You can now buy it not only in drugstores, but also in the department store.
If that's not enough to cool down, I'll let cold water run over my wrists (inner surface) until I've cooled down noticeably.
