Cool liquids quickly

Either the apple juice is too warm, the punch bowl does not fit in the fridge or the bottom should be cold quickly. A small PET bottle from the freezer helps here:

Clean the bottle well, remove the labels and fill two thirds with salt water and keep ready in the TK. So you can just cool the fund etc. while stirring with the bottle quickly. In the bowl pot, it cools the wine down quickly, without diluting the drink - of course, before serving the bottle take out again * g *

Saltwater: If the bottle has a volume of 500 ml, I add about 300 ml of water and 4 tablespoons of salt.
