Cooling body lotion with Japanese medicinal plant oil

Especially now that it's really hot, a lukewarm shower is doing just fine. But the creaming afterwards is almost annoying again ...

I mix some Japanese herbal oil into my body lotion and cream myself with it. Just before going to sleep are highly recommended.

Earth Witch: I had already discovered this cooling effect of different mint oils and menthol years ago.
I bought cooling gels, a peppermint shampoo, and in my bath (mixed with some cream emulsifies the mint oil and then dissolves in the water), in my (neutral smelling) shower gel and a body lotion I did not JHP, but some peppermint and some spearmint oil (the oils in the ratio 2: 1).

One summer I enjoyed the cooling effect, then it was over. Although I was not allergic to it, but I already have much too dry skin, and unfortunately I had to conclude that mint dried my skin also very strong. In the body lotion, I had the impression that the entire nourishing effect had been neutralized by the mint oil.

More sensitive skin types should therefore be careful and keep the mint content in the care products a little lower, or not use the stuff every day.

But for those who have normal, healthy and robust skin, the tip works very well.
