Cooling for the cat food

Our cats get half a can of cat food in the morning and in the evening. As soon as it gets warmer outside, the food turns into rotten meat within a very short time - no longer edible.

I do not like to put it in the fridge because cat food smells a bit strange (I think). And freshly chilled it is not healthy for cat stomachs.

Somewhere I've read the trick with the wet towel and amazingly it works great!

Wet / dampen the hand / dishcloth and wrap it around the can, so that everything is beautiful. The resulting evaporation keeps the food cool and fresh inside.

By the evening, the effect diminishes (depends on the location) which means that the food has the perfect, cat stomach-friendly serving temperature.

It smells nothing, it does not bother, no flies - and happy cats :)
