Corn salad with blueberries
A taste firework of this lamb's lettuce with blueberries!
ingredients
- 500 g corn salad,
- 250 g blueberries,
- 200 g of as solid as possible diced sheep's and goat's cheese in brine,
- 200 g of cockail tomatoes.
preparation
Mix well, just before serving with something (to taste) olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
