Corn salad with creme fraiche (suitable for barbecue season)

Mix 1 can of corn with 1 cup of crème fraîche, mix in a VERY SMALL dash of vinegar, some salt and garlic (fresh or granules).

You can also use garlic creme fraiche right away.

Teddy: This recipe reminds me of Anja, then 30 years old.

We were invited, along with others from the women's group, to the birthday of the youngest woman, to whom everyone should contribute something edible.
Anja sounded that she could neither cook nor bake, but she could make dips. She is famous for that!
Now we were on the said birthday. Karin and me (we were the oldest at 62 and 45) wondered about? O.? on Anja's dip bowls.
Anja: D. h. without garlic?
We: Where does the yellow color of the one dips come from mustard?
Anjas: I do not know.
Karin and I are amazed: You do not know where the yellow color of your homemade dips comes from?
Anja: No.
To our growing amazement, there was a certain lack of understanding: Why do not you know? You made the dips yourself.
Anja: I did not read what was on the packaging.
We: how ??? You said that the dips are homemade.
Anja, throwing herself proudly in the chest: Yes, they are homemade! I added the garlic!
