Cornflakes cheese crackers (for dipping)

Ideal also dipping.

50g cornflakes
125g margarine
125g of flour
100g grated cheese
1 pinch of salt
and a pinch of paprika

Mash the cornflakes in a bag and then mix well with the margarine, the flour and the cheese, salt and paprika with a blender with dough hook.


Then knead the dough well with your hands.

Form a long, 5 cm thick sausage out of the piece and leave to cool for at least 1 hour.

Then bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

Ideal for dipping.

You can also refine the dough by adding chopped salami. Makes the whole thing spicier.
