Correct calculation of living space
In order to pay the right living space and thus the right rent, you will find the corresponding information in the living space and operating costs regulation.

Such are rental space
- to pay with a clear height of at least 2m to 100%,
- Rooms and parts of rooms with a clear height of at least 1m and less than 2m at 50% of the stated rental price,
- Balconies, loggias, roof gardens and terraces usually at 25% of the rent, but not more than 50%. (Maybe you can negotiate with the landlord on this matter, because 50% think I'm a bit fat.)
