Cossack Stew (for the little Portmonaie)
Ingredients:
about 250g noodles
500g minced meat (unseasoned)
Broth (of any kind)
Salt, pepper, maggi, water, parsley
1 onion
Preparation:
Fry minced meat with the onion in hot oil. Boil noodles in plenty of salted water. Actually, the minced meat comes into the water, but I do not like that. That's why I take freshly cooked water and add the noodles + minced meat.
Season with broth, salt, pepper, Maggi and parsley and you're done.
A not so hearty fast made soup.
