Cottage cheese oil paste, egg free

150g quark
6 tablespoons milk
6 tbsp oil
75g sugar
1 pck of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
300g of flour
1 pck of baking soda

Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Mix the baking powder with the flour.
Stir half of the flour mixture under the quark mixture, knead the rest.

Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, roll out on a baking sheet and cover with fruit (apples, plums ...). If the dough is too sticky, just spread some flour on the plate before rolling it out.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 35min.

Tip: dough is also well suited to make rolls with raisins!
