Count on weight loss with calories
I have lost 30 kg in the last 14 months. I just counted calories
In FDDB I have calculated the daily requirement and keep updating it. I enter everything, really everything, into my local food diary. It is immediately counted, as I am calorie.
I try to eat about 70-80% of the daily requirement. Sometimes it's a bit more, then a little less. But constantly under it should not be!
I should have done sports, alone because of the regression of the skin. But could not do one.
I ate everything, there were no prohibitions. Only the crowd does it. Maybe you would like to try it.
