Cover the cake with gelatine without blob

Whenever I wanted to cover the cake with gelatine, I always did it. Much ran over the cake edge on the beautiful cake tip.

Now I prepare the fruit together with the gelatine. Simply process the gelatin with a little less water / juice like recipe. Is it well cooked, pour the drained fruits directly into the hot gelatin. Stir well ... and spread gently on the cake bottom.

So all fruit pieces are coated with gelatin ... and if you let everything cool down a bit beforehand, you can even "stack" the fruit.
