Cranberry-walnut cake

Ingredients Mix: 3 eggs
150 gr. Sugar
1 vanilla sugar
200 g of ground nuts
3-4 tablespoons of flour
1/2 packet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons rum or a few pots Rumaroma

Covering:
2 cups of cream
2 creams, 2 tablespoons sugar
1 / 2-1 glass of cranberries
at will 1-2 bananas
Eggnog or chocolate grated

Preparation:
Make sponge cake from the above ingredients and bake in a fruit mold or a springform pan. Approximately 25 min. At 150-180 degrees depending on the baking method (I always take 150 degrees Celsius).

Spread cranberries on the cooled soil. If you like, you can put banana slices on it. Tastes great, but is also good. Then add cream whipped with sugar and sugar and smooth. If necessary decorate rim with cream tuffs and douse with eggnog.

Who wants to omit the eggnog, decorated with chocolate grated. This cake is not too expensive, tastes super delicious and is always a hit at festivals (kindergarten).
