A delicious recipe that is easily made:
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 300 g cream cheese with or without herbs to taste
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- boiling salt water

- Mix the ingredients for the gnocchi well together, if necessary season with a little salt and pepper. If you want, you can also add a few herbs.
- Cut off small elongated dumplings with 2 teaspoons and let them slide into the hot, no longer bubbly boiling water.
- Lifting out as soon as they float up, then they are done. This is very fast.
Serve with any delicious sauce or as a soup.
The gnocchi can also be fried well with vegetables in a pan. A great light summer meal.
