Cream cheese gnocchi homemade

A delicious recipe that is easily made:

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 300 g cream cheese with or without herbs to taste
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • boiling salt water

preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the gnocchi well together, if necessary season with a little salt and pepper. If you want, you can also add a few herbs.
  2. Cut off small elongated dumplings with 2 teaspoons and let them slide into the hot, no longer bubbly boiling water.
  3. Lifting out as soon as they float up, then they are done. This is very fast.

Serve with any delicious sauce or as a soup.

The gnocchi can also be fried well with vegetables in a pan. A great light summer meal.
