  1. Take for about 5 people 1 kg of turkey meat and cut it into pieces.
  2. Now take 250 ml of cream and pour it with about 1 liter of water.
  3. Now comes the onion soup from the bag (I take 2 bags) and mix it with the cream-water mixture.
  4. The whole thing I pour now over the schnitzel, which I have in the casserole dish.
  5. Now you can still fresh onions cut into rings above.
  6. At the end I sprinkle Gouda on it myself and place it in the oven, at 200 degrees Celsius, for about 1 hour.
