Cream mushrooms cutlet

- Fry 4 pieces of breaded breadcrumbs and let cool
- 1 kl. Sauté the onion and 1 small tin of mushrooms with a pinch of salt in a little hot oil, then let cool.
- Put the chopped schnitzel into a casserole dish, pour 2 cups of cream over it, salt a little and finally spread the onion and mushroom mixture on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge overnight. Put in the oven the next day. Medium rail, 200 degrees, about 25-30 minutes. Tear aluminum foil and remove after 15 minutes. It should absolutely stay overnight in the refrigerator, because the cream can move in nicely and then the schnitzels melt in the mouth!
