Cream your back with a wooden trowel and a disposable glove
Recently had the problem that I should apply a skin lotion 2x daily on the back. In a single household, this can be a problem or lead to the worst dislocations or even worse muscle tears.
Have the great tip of my mom (yes indeed, D) get me with a wide `wooden trowel` and a disposable plastic glove help. Simply put the rubber glove over the kitchen utensil and possibly fix it with an adhesive tape, and there you go!
The latex glove slides well over the skin and you do not waste anything. In front of the mirror you can also apply the lotion very precisely to specific places. (For medical treatments) Thanks to replaceable glove wonderfully hygienic :)
And my 'old' wooden trowel is almost anatomically shaped so it's perfect for the back. Goes very easily and without effort or dislocations.
