Creamy, chocolaty Sunday cake

This creamy and chocolaty Sunday cake is stirred together quickly and is spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. It makes many people happy, because you can cut the pieces as small or as big as you want.

ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 100 g of chocolate cream from the glass
  • 100 g almond flour from the glass (health food store) or peanut cream
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • 180 g of butter
  • 170 g of fine sugar
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 eggs, medium size
  • 1 pinch of salt

preparation

Mix the cream cheese, the almond purée, 30 g butter and 1 egg until smooth. Now warm the remaining butter and mix with the flour, the cocoa, the baking powder, the pinch of salt. Whisk the remaining three eggs with the sugar until pale yellow and stir in the batter.

A baking tray is filled with paper, the chocolate sauce is spread on top, the cream cheese cream on top. Slightly carving the cake at the top, the topping sinks slightly into the dough, which makes it extra-juicy.
